Introduction
At Ticno Design, client satisfaction is our highest priority. Due to the creative and time-intensive nature of graphic design, refunds are governed by this policy to ensure fair and transparent dealings for all parties.
General Rule
All payments are non-refundable once design work has commenced — unless otherwise stated in the eligible cases below.
Graphic design services are custom deliverables created exclusively for each client and cannot be returned or exchanged once work has begun.
Eligible for Refund
The following cases qualify for a full or partial refund.

Not Eligible for Refund
No refund will be issued in the following circumstances.
- After the first design draft has been delivered, regardless of client approval.
- Client changes their mind about the concept after the initial brief was approved.
- Client dissatisfied with the general style despite work matching the submitted brief.
- Cancellation requests after the 48-hour window once work has begun.
- Delays caused by the client failing to respond or provide required materials.
- Ready-made template packages and downloadable files once the download is complete.
Revisions as an Alternative
Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage clients to exhaust their included revision allowance. Most dissatisfaction can be resolved through revision rounds.
- Each service includes a set number of revisions.
- Additional revisions beyond the allowance are available for an agreed fee.
- Revision requests must be clear and specific, submitted within 7 days of receiving the design.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team via ticdesign.net/contact-us, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
- Provide your order number, order date, and a detailed reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
