Ticno Design reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed upon successful completion of the electronic payment. The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and requirements clearly at the time of ordering.

Full payment is required upfront before any design work begins. Payment serves as confirmation of your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

• No design work will commence until full payment is received and confirmed.
• If a payment fails, the order will not be considered confirmed.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.

Ticno Design is committed to delivering completed work within the agreed timeframe. The delivery period begins once full payment and all required materials have been received.

• Final files are delivered via email or a designated download link.
• Delivery may be delayed if the client is slow to provide required materials.
• Source files are delivered where specified in the service description.
• Ticno Design is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Each client is entitled to a specified number of revisions depending on the service purchased. Additional revisions are available for an agreed fee.

Full ownership of completed designs transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Ticno Design retains the right to display completed designs in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

The client guarantees that all materials provided are free from third-party intellectual property infringement and accepts full legal responsibility for any resulting claims.

Users agree to use Ticno Design's services for lawful purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Requesting designs containing offensive, illegal, or hate-inciting content.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Providing false or misleading information when placing an order.
• Reselling purchased ready-made files without prior written consent.

Ticno Design shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, business losses from delivery delays, or technical issues with third-party platforms.

Ticno Design reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution before referring the matter to competent legal authorities.
